Starflower oil, the wonder supplement

Starflower oil has only recently come to the fore as the treatment of choice for more feminine problems than you can shake a stick at. But now that it has become known, every woman should seriously think about how she would benefit from taking two small capsules a day.

Many years ago, evening primrose oil was discovered to have many benefits for all the various ills and ailments associated with menstruation. Tummy cramps, excessive blood loss, temper tantrums, mood swings – what woman hasn’t suffered from these, and what woman wouldn’t gladly take an easy food supplement to ease them?

The active ingredient of evening primrose oil was found to be GLA (gamma linoleic acid), and the good news is that starflower oil contains four times, yes four times the concentration of GLA that evening primrose oil has.

Treat yourself with starflower oil for 10p a day

The starflower is a little blue flower from the Americas and warmer parts of Europe, and its crushed seeds yield this health-giving oil. These flowers are now so abundant that starflower oil is not even an expensive supplement any more, so it’s available to all.

Today’s woman in the know is acutely aware that only two little capsules of starflower oil a day will greatly ease, if not cure, the bulk of her menstrual problems. So if you’re a woman, and you’ve not used starflower oil, then try it. What have you got to lose?
